Naturalistic illustrations
For the Fundación Cosmos and for the museum project of the Parque Humedal Río Maipo, I illustrated more than 20 species of flora and birds representing the Chilean coastal zone. This required a process of sketching, form and colour correction in order to capture the characteristics of these inhabitants.
The illustrations were an exhaustive process of detailing and analysing the shapes of each species. For some, the process involved many references, descriptions and other elements that helped illustrate the selected species.
Also this work involved the creation of illustrated pieces of Curlew anatomy. From its musculature to its organs.
